Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from shipping date.
  • Hudson and Heart Company suggests that all customers check orders for errors within 2 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Please note that all returns must be sent back in their original packaging and condition you received them in. Customers are responsible for the shipping expenses for all returned items, unless the return is due to an error on our end. When shipping back any returned item, it is very important that you be sure to save the tracking number. If the returned item is lost by the post office we cannot provide any refunds.
  • We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If Hudson and Heart Company makes an error on an order, we will replace the item(s). The item(s) will be sent back by the ground shipping of our choice.
  • All sale items and all international sales are final.
